This help file is structured more-or-less sequentially around the process of creating a TimeMap compatible dataset, creating metadata for that dataset, placing your data in a location where it is accessible to others via the Internet, and registering the metadata with the ECAI Clearinghouse.
It is also designed to provide a single, comprehensive searchable help index for the entire suite of TimeMap software.
The help entries were largely written by end-users (instead of the programming team) for end-users. They deal with the everyday business of working with TimeMap, assume only basic knowledge, and relegate most of the technical information to the appendices.
