Before you use the Data Pump to upload your datasets to an SQL server, you will need to establish a connection profile to that particular SQL server. This only needs to be done once, and from then on that server profile will appear as an item in the Select Destination dropdown list.
Pressing the Configure / New Connection button will invoke the Connection manager dialogue. At this stage, you may need to ask your SQL server & database administrator to provide you with the relevant information. The Connection Manager allows you to store connection profiles for several different SQL servers if necessary.
