TimeMap software allows the association of an information page to your dataset. This information page can be in .html format or in conventional word-porcessing formats. You can create a visual information page about your dataset by using conventional HTML editors like Microsoft FrontPage (example below).
To associate the information page with your dataset, open the dataset's .tmm metadata file in the Metadata Editor. In the TM Metadata Worksheet, use the tm.Documentation.WebPage element to specify the location of the information page. In the registration process, the Metadata Editor will automatically drag the information page to the ECAI Clearinghouse along with the .tmm metadata file.
Note: When the Metadata Editor drags the information page to the ECAI Clearinghouse in the registration process, and that information page is an HTML document containing images, the Metadata Editor will locate the images and drag them to the Clearinghouse along with the .html file.
